Patients Helping Me Grow by Brittnay Hintz

During my preceptorship at the hospital, I grew professionally and personally. I was learning so much about health and the care needed for my patients but I also learned so much from my patients. I realized how much I was helping them when they needed help not only through science but emotionally too. I enjoyed visiting with the patients and trying to my them comfortable anyway I could. My patients gave me encouragement with my nursing skills and allowed me to learn on them. They were so amazing and I appreciate them all so much for helping me. I will continue to help others through my job but also this has encouraged me to volunteer in other places of my community. Thanks to all my patients
