College Students Meeting Critical Community Needs

Through my time in the nursing program at Montana Tech it has been great to develop a professional attitude through clinical experience. The clinical experience helped me realize that the community really does need volunteers to help make the area a better place. Through outreach programs such as Campus Corps I was able to meet people and develop relationships that I would have never been able to develop otherwise. The balance of students teach patients and patients teachiong students is an invaluable experience that I will never forget.
